Farm Data Relay System (FDRS) enables long-range, low-power communication between agricultural sensors and gateways in remote environments without relying on WiFi or LoRaWAN infrastructure. The system leverages ESP-NOW and LoRa protocols to connect sensor nodes and controllers to modular gateway devices that route data using serial, LoRa, or MQTT. FDRS supports repeaters for extended coverage, and is suitable for real-time sensor networks in fields lacking broadband connectivity. Designed with Arduino-compatible hardware in mind, it includes example sketches for sensor nodes, gateways, and MQTT integration.
