Harvestify is a machine learning–powered web platform that offers three key services: crop recommendation, fertilizer guidance, and plant disease diagnosis. Built using Python, Flask, and deep learning models, the system predicts the best crop to grow based on soil nutrient inputs, suggests fertilizers based on deficiencies, and identifies plant diseases via leaf image uploads. It’s an educational proof-of-concept for integrating AI in precision agriculture, complete with notebooks and deployment via Heroku.
