Wilma is a Policy Enforcement Point (PEP) proxy component within the FIWARE architecture, designed to secure access to REST APIs and microservices. It mediates all incoming HTTP requests, validating user credentials and enforcing access control policies by integrating with Identity Management (Keyrock) and Authorization PDPs (such as AuthzForce). Wilma is deployed as a Node.js service and supports OAuth2-based authentication. It is used to protect backend services and ensure secure, standards-based interactions in IoT and smart agriculture deployments.
