The Farmtopia Digital Field Book is a web-based tool designed to support small farms in capturing and managing records of field activities, observations, and resource usage. It enables structured logging of actions such as planting, irrigation, pesticide applications, pest scouting, and phenological stages, while also tracking parcel characteristics and assets. The system is deployed using Docker and includes web and API interfaces, access control, and JSON-LD–based data models for semantic interoperability. Data entered is accessible for reuse via API, supporting traceability and integration with external systems.
