AgStack Asset Registry is a backend service that registers geospatial assets—typically polygons representing fields or plots—and generates a unique 256-bit alphanumeric identifier for each. Designed to support interoperability across agricultural systems, the tool enables the standardization of land-based asset identification for use in farm registries, digital services, or regulatory platforms. The system is built in Python and includes API services, containerized deployment with Docker, and scripts for automated processing and logging.
